These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Whipha Auto website and mobile application (the "Services"), operated by Hongkong Whipha International Trading Co., Limited. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Whipha Auto provides information about brand-new Chinese vehicles available for export, and facilitates communication between customers and our sales advisors. Vehicle availability, specifications, prices and delivery terms shown in the Services are indicative and are subject to final written confirmation in a purchase agreement.
3. Use of the Services
- You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt their operation, or access them using automated means without authorization.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to us.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in the Services — including text, images, logos, design and software — is owned by or licensed to Whipha Auto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute such content without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Vehicle images are for illustration purposes; actual vehicles may differ in details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whipha Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to a competent court in Hong Kong.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
